As a proud Kiwi, I’m passionate about NZ Inc. We can do so much to change the world from a small set of rocks in the South Pacific but we need to do things better and faster than the rest of the world. As Managing Director for NZ, I’m responsible for the business performance of Xero here in NZ. That means I need to be the champion for small business and the accounting profession in NZ to solve their problems through technology in all industries from Cape Reinga to Stewart Island. If we are able to do this the by-product will be amazing results for the NZ economy as a whole.
