Hi Jeremy, I agree with Duncan’s comments re your website. Use this time productively to really be clear on your value proposition. It’s a fantastic time to work on your business.
I’d also say two things:
1. Work out your pitch into new clients – understand your value proposition: what makes you amazing? And then what makes you unique, standing you apart from the pack?
2. Build a prospect list for new leads based on your current client base. Once you’re clear on your value prop and you pick up the phone to your clients, ask them who else they think might be needing the same thing they did. Ask for a referral if they’re a good client. Analyse your current client base and think about who might have similar needs within the same industry.
