Terms and conditions tend to vary from industry to industry. In your case, there are likely to be particular risks associated with concrete pumping that would need to be dealt with, and some provisions that would usually be included in a terms and conditions document (e.g. restraint of trade) would not be appropriate.
I recommend that you contact a lawyer that has experience working for suppliers in the construction sector, as they would be best placed to develop appropriate terms for you in an efficient manner. Most lawyers will have a free initial discussion with you for the purposes of you confirming that they have the necessary experience and to provide you with an estimate of costs – if you contact someone who won’t do this then find someone who will.
