You could get a benchmark of how they are feeling with an engagement survey and create an action plan off the back of the findings. This opportunity for ‘voice’ certainly makes them feel like your on their side but you have to be ready for the feedback and committed to making change else it disengage them.
The other think to think about is performance management tools and that’s a another conversation. Without knowing more I can not dive into this .
