I have used Squarespace and it is very easy. Canva is also a good resize/design for your social platforms and website, it is also easy.
Can you ask a student (ie needs funds) to provide you 10 photos/videos per week – you pay them a flat fee for providing new imagery. They might even work it into Canva each week if you give them a briefing. Make sure you brief them on your ‘brand’ and ensure there is some consistency, plus ensure that what is photographed has permission. You might need a model fee. Or ask them to photograph classes with permission from clients. Many computers have video editing suites these days that add music and text and work for social file sizes. Then use FB/Inst and if you boost things – target to defined areas.
Try to build a database and keep these guys engaged also (Mailchimp) and try some promos with like-minded businesses. Perhaps a cafe will let you put flyers on their counter, and you give the owner some classes. IT – get someone local and give them the list (maybe again you can contra.
