Hi Jono, for public funding over and above the recent wage subsidy and the Small Business Cashflow loan it may be worth investing the specific tourism industry support package at https://www.mbie.govt.nz/immigration-and-tourism/tourism/tourism-recovery/. To attract new operators, I’m wondering if there’s anything you can do to refocus the Guide entirely on the domestic market. Can you develop a new product or products for operators? Think about cross-selling opportunities between operators on your books, think about how to create value from the data you have on what travellers are visiting/seeing, etc. Good luck, phil
