LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.

Question :
Hello! I am a non profit business, and have no budget to get good photos of my products done, but feel it would really help the brand. Is there any advice you could give me on where/how to reach out to photographers that would photograph my products for free?

  • Morning – good question, how about asking your community around your non-profit business, if they have professional or amateur photogrpahy skills – it is amazing how many hobby people exist. Also here is one suggestion from the wider Manaaki Community – https://grow.sixfiguresecrets.co/photography-support/

Hi there, another thought might be to speak to one of your local schools to see whether they have any budding photography students that may like to help out.

Great ideas above. Another idea is to reach out to your community which benefits from your products to see if there are any photographers or if they know of any photographers that could assist you. Good luck! Leslie

    Morning Claire,

Depending upon how large your products are and how often you add new products you might want to consider doing the photography yourself using some smart tools. The following ‘home photo studio light box’ might be a good option and isn’t too pricey. Here’s a few options: https://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Electronics-Photo-Background-Shooting-Tents/zgbs/electronics/3444581

If that’s not a goer we have a basic studio set up (white backdrop panel, 2 professional lights, tripod) and a decent camera so depending on the number of products might be able to help out.

    Cheers,
    Russ
