Morning Pete – epic, well done for the ‘insight’, the sharing and asking for help – is there anyway you could create an MVP or mock-up of the software/product that you could take into the senior part of potential customers? One word of caution/reflection – often when we have an idea we seek validation from people by asking them what they think of it, as opposed to asking potential users and customers, what do they do now, how do they operate and what challenges do they have? What we want to find is what their current issues and problems are, that hopefully this product will solve. Otherwise it is a solution looking for a problem.
So my main question is how much have you focused on what they do right now, and how this compliments that, adds value etc.
Also, who will ‘pay’ for this product?
