Hi there – good to engage here. So the lifeblood of any business is revenue, that comes from customers who want to buy your product or service that you make/create. So focus first on who would buy the product/service – can you get them to commit to purchasing which means you have less risk of starting. Then think about how to make it, service it – and hopefully you can get started. Many business fail because of lack of customer demand / interest – that is the most important thing to lean into. Andy
I would start with a few questions:
Why you? – do you have something that others who have done this haven’t been done before, what is you “angle” that a customer wants? What is you skill set?
For who? – who will buy your service and products at a price that you can make a profit from?
Why now? – What is so attractive about this market/product at this moment in time?
