For anyone to ‘take action’ – they have to ‘want’ to take that action. So firstly, understanding your target market, and what is the profile of your total sweet spot target customer is really important – and as such understanding those that are not your target.
once you understand who is likely to say ‘yes’ then it is a question of getting out there and just finding more of them.
