LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.

Question :
How do I find out why I’m not selling? Is it my website? Price point? The products themselves? The photos? Do I just need to advertise more? Or target different people?

  • Jig saw puzzle – break it all down, and work through each part of the equation by a series of elimination steps – do you know your target customer, do you know where they are, do you know how they typically buy products, get your photo’s peer reviewed, look at the drop rates or bounce rates on your site – basically run through each part, do A B tests and work through stuff methodically until you find answers.

    Further to Andy’s points… it is a jigsaw puzzle and also maybe reflect back on why you first started the business too? Who were you targeting and why? What early success did you have or not and why? What’s changed etc? To Andy’s points be methodical! Sometimes looking back can help you refocus forward.
