When you say deciphering, are the contracts for contractors into your company, or the documents are for your own contract to a client?
Most employment agreements,
contract or otherwise, should use very similar language and are supposed to be easy for any reader to understand i.e. plain English, but some organisations do get caught up in “legalese”Is there a particular curly clause you want to share?

Echoing what Jada said, are these contractor agreements or employment agreements? If they are contractor agreements, a commercial lawyer should be able to assist with reviewing them. If they are employment agreements, you would be best placed to talk to a specialist employment lawyer.
