Kia ora! We are a Māori development consulting agency responding to the needs of our communities during this challenging time. We have grown quickly in response to the growing need for support in our communities. Currently, we’re experiencing the challenges that a lot of new and rapidly growing businesses are facing during this time, especially forming a new, remote team and having to develop an office back-end admin system from scratch. We want to be more efficient in our back-end office admin set-up, and would really appreciate a check-list or advice as to how to optimise this so we can have streamlined comms and can focus more on the doing.
