Do we need to obtain permission from the other party to include things in the premise condition report?
If they don’t agree to have a premises condition report, what should I do?
Does this section need to be done professionally or will my photos/videos suffice?
I’m potentially entering a new lease and am unsure how this section is usually approached.
How do I protect myself and avoid future conflicts when it comes to reinstatement of the property?
Generally, what things must the landlord maintain and repair? On the lease, who typically fills in the landlord fixtures and fittings section and is this just in writing for photographs too?
