LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.
Question :
we run a motorcycle dealership which has both a full workshop and retail store selling motorcycles, gear and parts and accessories. If/when we move to level 3, what is your understanding of what we can do? ie: can we open the workshop but keep the retail part closed, or can we open as we are able to maintain the 2m distance and can do contactless payments?

I understand you can open the workshop, subject to placing your managment around distancing etc. With regard to the retail, I would be opening and looking to do some rearranging to reflect what is mostly in demand. In opening, probably good to have hand wash station at the enterance, and some sort of door control, early engagment with customers.
You may need to rehearse how people drop off bikes etc for servicing and protocols post service. Use arrows on the floor or simple barriers to control movement. Don’t forget about normal security, not all things have changed.
Talk through with your staff and get there ideas, really important they know their roles and prepared to support your efforts
My thoughts, regards Andrew
