Question :
We run development programmes for youth that we have put on hold when in lockdown earlier this year. Participants can apply and could come from different parts of the country, including Auckland. The numbers are about 20 or less. Wanting to know under Covid-19 Level 2 and 2.5 can we run these programmes or would this be unsafe or disallowed? What health and safety risks/liabilities might be involved? For staff? For participants? If OK to do then what precautions, what practices should be put in place? What communications on risk etc?

Morena – yes you can still run programmes as long as you are ‘managing the risks’ – including the venues you are operating from – I find these pages on the Government site quite helpful to work out what we can and cannot do at each level – https://covid19.govt.nz/alert-system/current-alert-level/
