Personal Wellbeing helps create Resilience and Connections. Navigating change and circumstances that arise from situations that we haven't experienced before and feel at a loss of what to do, can become overwhelming and anxiety provoking. Keeping connections and verbalising concerns , and fears by means of reaching out to others and knowing someone will be there to offer advice, a voice on the end of the phone, direction and suggestions, reassurances where needed.
