Experienced Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the military,hospitality and tourism, resource and mining industry. Skilled in Kitchen management, administration, supply chain insights and dynamics, instructing, coaching and mentor, menu and kitchen planning, kitchen organizational design, team building, change management, International industry networking. Studied hospitality and tourism at North Tech 1993-1994 and then culinary arts in 1995-2000 during my service in the New Zealand Army. Have worked in a multiple of restaurants hotels and eateries as well as mining villages and accommodation in the resources section in Australia. Lately became an Ambassador for libertypostco.com and have been developing an app/Eco-system/micro course for my profession as a Chef I aim to pivot and re-imagine the Culinary Artist/ Independent contractor business model for the new normal.
